Authors whose articles are published in the Journal of Social and Humanities Empowerment (SHE) retain the copyright to their scholarly works. By submitting a manuscript and agreeing to its publication in Journal of Social and Humanities Empowerment (SHE), authors grant the journal the right of first publication of the work.

Articles published in Journal of Social and Humanities Empowerment (SHE) are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). Under the terms of this license:

1. First Publication Rights
Authors grant the Journal of Social and Humanities Empowerment (SHE) the right to be the first publisher of manuscripts that have successfully completed the editorial and peer-review processes and have been accepted for publication.
