Authors whose articles are published in the Journal of Gender, Policy, and Social Inclusion (JOGEPSI) retain the copyright to their scholarly works. By submitting a manuscript and agreeing to its publication in Journal of Gender, Policy, and Social Inclusion (JOGEPSI), authors grant the journal the right of first publication of the work.

1. First Publication Rights
Authors grant the Journal of Gender, Policy, and Social Inclusion (JOGEPSI) the right to be the first publisher of manuscripts that have successfully completed the editorial and peer-review processes and have been accepted for publication.
